• To be Courageous means I am equally available for all when someone is in need of help, without discrimination.

• Standing too close to the mirror, mirror fails to convey the truth which is its utmost feature. Standing too attached with my relations, I fail to see the truth and I am not able to act for their well being.

• A small dot has the power to stop the long explanation. When I speak simple and essenceful, I am able to answer toughest queries with ease.
• A point is powerful yet incognito. The more I recognize my spiritual entity as a point of light, the more I am able to fill myself with power.
• Negativity erodes our specialities just like rust and termite. Treat the rust of negativity before it erodes the expression of qualities in our daily lives.

• Obstacles are special spectacles. They let you see the hidden reason, what might be missed otherwise, and groom yourself.

• To make a mistake is no mistake. But if I make the same mistakes repetitively, I will remain trapped in my weaknesses. So correct mistakes by taking the learning from them.
• In order to change unwanted habit, understand it well and then renounce it with determination. It will never come back, because you have understood why it is unwanted.
• When I do whatever I decide wisely as good deeds, then no matter what the world feels, I am able to sustain my happiness without external support.
• “I am fortunate”, this thought allows me to recognise my goodness and be happy. This also helps me overcome my weaknesses without putting much effort.
• When I consider thoughts to be the most precious treasure, I aim to use them wisely and be economical with my thoughts, the goals are easy to attain and nearer as never before.

• “Whatever actions I perform, the whole world will do the same.” This awareness saves us from performing sinful actions.
• God, the Almighty, is the Innocent Lord. A child is said to be innocent saint. If I stop discriminating people, I’ll become innocent like Him.
• Obstacles come, only to be crossed. Situations test only the skills that we are qualified for. Hence no situation (test) is difficult until I haven't practised sufficiently.
• Capabilities are inborn. How much effort is wasted, creates the difference. So, locate the leakages from where talent is wasted and you will shine.
• With self-respect, I get the reins of my mind in my hands, and all powers are at service. Sustain the awareness of I, the peaceful being, and be the true master.
• Attitude of truth and values allows me to give selflessly to the world like a flower. It also allows me to empower people around me like Sun with my power.

• Happiness goes along with Accuracy. If my actions are accurate, I get desired results. Also I am open to accept the outcomes. Hence my true happiness is always reflected on my face.
• Accuracy means doing the right action at the right time and in right spirit. Accuracy in action brings peace of mind.
• Accuracy can be inculcated by renouncing laziness and procrastination. When I am determined with a goal in mind, my actions tend to be accurate.
• Accuracy is not inherited. It is acquired as a habit. Anyone who makes it as a choice can attain it.
• Those who are accurate in their actions, are also knowledgeful.
• If I am prepared for whatever comes up in life, then no reason can be strong enough to take away my happiness. Hence accuracy makes me ‘ever-ready’ and in turn, ‘ever-happy’.

• Love as a virtue, is always unconditional. When we are absorbed in the feelings of true love, we are able to give salvation and support to others around.
• Purification of “sanskars” or habits means total transformation. Just like fire changes anything that comes into it, the fire of yoga allows me to bring about total transformation in the soul. Then I am able to build and sustain beautiful, loveful relationships with people around.
• Every person is gifted by one or more special virtues; so for every interaction with a human being, let me first see the speciality and then begin with further interactions.
• Time is precious. So if we save on Time, we brighten our chances of success.

Values of the day 11.04.2011

1.       * Cleanliness of thoughts, words and actions help sustain relationships. This sharpens the true leadership quality from within.

2.       * From amongst the good and the bad, always know that these are the two extremes of the same scale. Hence, balancing is the art to get the best out of everything.

3.       * Change is inevitable. But the easiest way to bring about a change in the world is to start with oneself, because we can exercise the best control on ourselves, and not on the world, people and situations. Else the life would be over just waiting for the change.

4.       * Time is short. This awareness helps eliminate wasteful actions and prioritize.

5.       * I am a pure being. This awareness cleanses the mind and steer towards righteousness.
